For engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies and general contractors (GCs), no two projects are exactly alike. Big Top's custom-engineered fabric structures provide versatile covered space solutions designed to accommodate these varying needs, as demonstrated through its growing relationship with Sundt Construction Company (Sundt).

The relationship began in early 2025 through a joint venture project with Kiewit Corporation (Kiewit) in El Paso, Texas. Following the project's completion, Sundt was responsible for disassembling a Big Top structure previously purchased by Kiewit. Throughout this process, Sundt worked closely with the Big Top team, establishing a connection that would lead to future opportunities.

In Q4 2025, Sundt turned to Big Top for three structures to address three distinct needs at a paper mill project in Arkansas: a lunchroom, warehouse, and prefabrication shop. This initial purchase opened the door to additional opportunities throughout 2026, spanning power generation, data centers, wastewater treatment, and offsite manufacturing. Each project presented different operational requirements, further demonstrating the range of applications Big Top structures can accommodate - lunchrooms, warehouses, prefabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, etc.

What began as a single connection has grown into a company-wide partnership, creating new opportunities and resulting in five projects across five distinct industries, with continued collaboration on the horizon. The relationship between Big Top and Sundt highlights the versatility of Big Top structures, supporting applications ranging from temporary job site facilities to long-term manufacturing operations. Through consistent performance and reliable solutions, Big Top has become a trusted resource for Sundt's ongoing operational needs.
